External Containment Bureau is a game of paranormal investigation and bureaucracy using a lightweight, hackable version of the Forged in the Dark design framework. The players are trained agents of the External Containment Bureau, an organization tasked with the study, identification, and containment of paranormal phenomena. The Bureau authorizes agents to make use of these phenomena to give themselves incredible powers (so long as the proper forms are in order). But they must take care: using paranormal energies inches you ever closer to joining the ranks of the paranormal yourself. 

Justin GM's Johnny, Nick, Gus, and Will through a short External Containment Bureau campaign. As time itself begins to fracture, a localized time loop starts in Kingston, Washington. The ECB can't afford to send an actual team so they send four randos instead. Good luck with that ya'll.

As the clues start to fall into place, Drake, Big Mama, Clarissa, and Nails start to unravel why the time loop started in Kingston, Washington. Is it aliens? An evil Big Mama? Only time will tell. 

Our ECB agents find themselves in the past, in the English country side during World War II. But theres a mystery to uncover as another ECB agent turns up dead in the middle of the forest.
